我院中心藥房信息化、智能化建設(shè)及取得的實(shí)效

摘 要 我院中心藥房經(jīng)過多年摸索和實(shí)踐，創(chuàng)建了一套具有自己特色的信息化、智能化系統(tǒng)，在智慧藥房管理方面積累了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。這套信息化、智能化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)及應(yīng)用提高了藥房工作效率，降低了藥品調(diào)配差錯(cuò)率，節(jié)省了人力資源，提升了藥房管理的質(zhì)量和水平。

Informatization and intelligent construction of our hospital’s central pharmacy and its actual effect

ABSTRACT After years of exploration and practice， the central pharmacy of our hospital has created a set of information and intelligent systems with its own characteristics， and has accumulated certain experience in the management of intelligent pharmacy. The construction and application of this set of information and intelligent system have improved the working efficiency of the pharmacy， reduced the error rate of drug dispensing， saved human resources， and improved the quality and level of pharmacy management.

2015年底，我院病區(qū)藥房、中心排藥臺(tái)和靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心（pharmacy intravenous admixture service， PIVAS）搬遷至新藥劑科大樓，中心藥房管理也在多年不斷探索的背景下從原先以人力手工調(diào)配為主的粗放型管理模式逐漸過渡到人機(jī)互動(dòng)的精細(xì)化管理模式。（剩余4569字）
