摘 要 心力衰竭患者往往合并多種疾病，治療較為復(fù)雜。臨床藥師可通過自己的專業(yè)技能及多方位的藥學(xué)服務(wù)，成為心力衰竭治療團(tuán)隊(duì)中的重要一員。

The important role of clinical pharmacists in the heart failure care team

ABSTRACT Patients with heart failure are often complicated by multiple diseases， which make their treatment more complex. Clinical pharmacists can become an important member of the heart failure care team depending on their professional skills and multi-directional pharmaceutical care ability.
