夏氏外科診治痛風(fēng)經(jīng)驗的傳承與創(chuàng)新

摘 要 本文總結(jié)夏氏外科診治痛風(fēng)的學(xué)術(shù)觀點及臨床經(jīng)驗。夏氏外科認為，痛風(fēng)初起以邪實為主，濕熱痰瘀是關(guān)鍵，久則深入筋骨，累及臟腑，致肝腎不足、脾胃虛弱，治療上宜從整體出發(fā)，分期分型論治，分別采用清熱利濕、除濕降濁、祛瘀化痰、益氣補腎等治療方法。

ABSTRACT This paper summarizes Xia’s surgically academic view and clinical experience for the diagnosis and treatment of gout. It is believed that the disease is mainly caused by pathogenic excess at the beginning and the damp heat and phlegm stasis is the key， and goes deep into the muscles and bones after a long time， involving the viscera， resulting in liver and kidney deficiency and spleen and stomach weakness. In terms of treatment， it is suggested to proceed from the whole， treat by stages and types and adopt such therapy as clearing away heat and dampness， removing dampness and turbidity， removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm， supplementing Qi and tonifying kidney.
