摘 要 目的：對注射用奧美拉唑聯(lián)合紫珠粉治療消化性潰瘍并出血患者的臨床療效及炎癥因子水平的表達進行探討。方法：將92例消化性潰瘍合并出血患者隨機分為對照組和觀察組各46例。對照組給以注射用奧美拉唑治療，觀察組給以注射用奧美拉唑聯(lián)合紫珠粉治療，比較兩組臨床療效。結果：觀察組總有效率、血管內皮生長因子和堿性成纖維細胞生長因子水平高于對照組；炎癥因子水平和止血時間低于對照組（均P

Effect of omeprazole for injection combined with Zizhu powder on the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole for injection combined with Zizhu powder in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding. Methods： Ninety-two patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 46 cases each.
