劉紅梅教授對快速眼動睡眠行為障礙的中醫(yī)認(rèn)識

摘要 總結(jié)劉紅梅教授對于快速眼動睡眠行為障礙的獨(dú)特見解，認(rèn)為肝魂妄動、心神受擾是基本病機(jī)，肝腎不足是發(fā)病基礎(chǔ)，風(fēng)、火、痰是主要病理因素。臨床上雖常將其歸于“失眠”“不寐”診治，但應(yīng)抓住其病機(jī)特點(diǎn)，區(qū)別于一般睡眠障礙疾病處方用藥，注重補(bǔ)養(yǎng)肝腎精氣，兼顧風(fēng)、火、痰邪用藥，可達(dá)定魂安神之功，以得安眠。

Abstract Summarize Professor Liu Hongmei′s unique views on rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder.Professor Liu Hongmei believes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is liver soul hyperactivity and disturbance of the heart and mind.Insufficient liver and kidney are the basis of the disease，and wind，fire，and phlegm are the main pathological factors.Although it is often classified as “insomnia” or “insomnia” in clinical practice，the characteristics of its pathogenesis should be grasped，and it should be distinguished from the prescription of general sleep disorders.It is important to nourish the liver and kidney essence and use drugs that take into account the pathogenic factors of wind，fire，and phlegm to achieve the function of calming the soul and calming the mind，in order to achieve sleep.
