【摘要】近年來(lái)，隨著認(rèn)證活動(dòng)逐漸向深度和廣度拓展，認(rèn)證制度在全球范圍內(nèi)得到迅速發(fā)展。我國(guó)的產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)日趨成熟以及國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的大趨勢(shì)下，迎來(lái)了產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證為我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展助力的極好機(jī)遇。首先，我國(guó)的產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證工作有明確的法律依據(jù)；其次，我國(guó)的產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證工作已積累了一定經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Abstract： In recent years， with the gradual expansion of certification activities to the depth and breadth， the certification system has developed rapidly in the global scope. China’s product certification in the market economy increasingly mature and the general trend of international economic integration， ushered in the product certification for China’s market economy development to help the excellent opportunity. First， product certification has a clear legal basis； second， product certification has accumulated some experience.
