【摘要】本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了市級(jí)計(jì)量技術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)在計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立時(shí)技術(shù)報(bào)告的撰寫(xiě)，計(jì)量檢定和校準(zhǔn)證書(shū)、報(bào)告的出具，計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立，CNAS實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)可，計(jì)量比對(duì)，能力驗(yàn)證，計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器證書(shū)確認(rèn)等方面不確定度的應(yīng)用，以及在應(yīng)用不確定度時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)，對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室提升管理質(zhì)量具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。

Application of Uncertainty in Municipal Metrology Technical Institutions

Abstract： This article briefly introduces the application of uncertainty in various aspects such as the writing of technical reports on the establishment of measurement standards， the issuance of measurement verification and calibration certificates， the establishment of measurement standards， CNAS laboratory recognition， measurement comparison， capability verification， and the confirmation of measurement standard certificate by municipal metrology technology institutions， as well as the precautions for applying uncertainty. It has practical guiding significance for improving the management quality of laboratories.
