【摘要】液壓扭矩扳手是指能夠輸出和設(shè)定扭矩的一種螺栓緊固工具，屬于高壓液壓工具，被廣泛應(yīng)用于重化工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的設(shè)備檢修和安裝。本文以HYTORC制造的HY系列液壓扭矩扳手為例，介紹液壓扭矩扳手計(jì)量校準(zhǔn)過程中的一些注意事項(xiàng)，并對校準(zhǔn)結(jié)果的不確定度進(jìn)行分析。

Precautions and Uncertainty Analysis in Calibration of Hydraulic Torque Wrenches

Abstract： Hydraulic torque wrench refers to a bolt tightening tool that can output and set torque. It belongs to high-pressure hydraulic tools and is widely used in equipment maintenance and installation in multiple heavy chemical industry fields. This article takes the HY series hydraulic torque wrench manufactured by HYTORC as an example to introduce some precautions in the calibration process of hydraulic torque wrenches and analyze the uncertainty of the calibration results.
