新能源汽車(chē)電機(jī)扁線繞組交流損耗對(duì)繞組分布影響研究

【摘  要】扁線繞組在新能源驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)中廣泛應(yīng)用。本文首先基于有限元仿真分析方法分析扁銅線的交流損耗產(chǎn)生的原理,然后分析扁線繞組交流損耗對(duì)繞組分布的影響和扁線繞組不同分布對(duì)反電勢(shì)對(duì)稱性的影響,最后通過(guò)分析不同繞組形式繞組分布來(lái)闡述扁線繞組的連接規(guī)律。

【Abstract】Rectangular wire winding was widely used in new energy vehicle motor. This paper firstly analyzed the principle of AC loss of rectangular copper wire based on the finite element simulation method,then studied the influence of AC loss of rectangular copper wire on winding distribution,finally explained the rules for rectangular wire connection by analyzing winding distribution for different winding forms.
