基于改進(jìn)FAHP的水利工程EPC總承包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

摘  要：結(jié)合水利工程EPC總承包項(xiàng)目的自身特點(diǎn)，建立改進(jìn)FAHP的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)判模型，最后，進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明，基于改進(jìn)FAHP的水利工程EPC總承包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)判模型具有一定的科學(xué)性和適用性，同時(shí)，研究結(jié)果對(duì)提高水利工程EPC總承包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平具有一定的參考意義。

Abstract： According to the characteristics of EPC general contracting project of water conservancy project， the risk evaluation model of improved FAHP is established， and the empirical analysis is carried out at last. The results show that the risk evaluation model of EPC general contract project of water conservancy project based on improved FAHP is scientific and applicable， and the research results have certain reference significance for improving the risk management level of water conservancy project EPC general contract project.
