離心鑄造原理分類及應用

摘  要：離心鑄造按回轉軸方向分為立式離心鑄造和臥式離心鑄造，按使用模具分為模具離心鑄造、砂型離心鑄造及特種型離心鑄造等。該文對不同類型離心鑄造原理及其特點與不足進行分析，探究鑄造過程中的缺陷及應對方法，確保離心鑄造技術可以更加穩(wěn)定的使用。

Abstract： According to the direction of the rotary shaft， centrifugal casting is divided into vertical centrifugal casting and horizontal centrifugal casting， and according to the use of moulds， it is divided into mold centrifugal casting， sand mold centrifugal casting and special mold centrifugal casting. This paper analyzes the principles， characteristics and shortcomings of different kinds of centrifugal casting， and probes into the defects in the casting process and the corresponding methods to ensure that the centrifugal casting technology can be used more stably.
