摘  要：該文采用商業(yè)綜合體設(shè)計全過程BIM伴隨設(shè)計的方式，研究BIM技術(shù)對于輔助設(shè)計的效果。結(jié)果表明，BIM技術(shù)對于處理設(shè)計過程中日照分析、舒適度分析、疏散模擬分析、空間優(yōu)化及不同專業(yè)間的協(xié)同設(shè)計等問題均具有顯著優(yōu)勢，為后續(xù)商業(yè)綜合體設(shè)計項目提供一些參考借鑒。

Abstract： In this paper， the effect of BIM technology on aided design is studied by means of BIM accompanying design in the whole process of commercial complex design. The results show that BIM technology has significant advantages in dealing with sunshine analysis， comfort analysis， evacuation simulation analysis， spatial optimization， collaborative design among different professions， and provides some reference for follow-up commercial complex design projects.
