長白山池北區(qū)出租車運(yùn)力預(yù)測及管理策略

摘  要：長白山池北區(qū)出租車行業(yè)存在運(yùn)力供應(yīng)不足和收費(fèi)不透明等問題，收集池北區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、人口、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)痊F(xiàn)狀數(shù)據(jù)，對出租車運(yùn)力規(guī)模進(jìn)行預(yù)測，針對不同情況運(yùn)用空駛率法和多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型預(yù)測出租車運(yùn)力需求。該文從運(yùn)力和管理等方面，提出現(xiàn)實(shí)條件下出租車的管理策略。

Abstract： There are some problems in the taxi industry in Chibei District of Changbai Mountains， such as insufficient supply of transport capacity and opaque charges. The current data of economy， population and transportation in Chibei District of Changbai Mountains are collected， and the scale of taxi capacity is predicted. According to different situations， the empty driving rate method and multi-objective programming model are used to predict taxi capacity demand. From the aspects of transport capacity and management， this paper puts forward the management strategy of taxi under realistic conditions.
