摘要：文章以阜新高等專科學(xué)校為例，從高校服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的角度出發(fā)，立足地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，分析高校人才培養(yǎng)方式及培養(yǎng)模式，結(jié)合高校專業(yè)建設(shè)，發(fā)揮高校人才培養(yǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。

Abstract：Taking Fuxin Higher Training College as an example， from the perspective of colleges and universities serving local economic construction， based on the current situation of local economic development， this paper analyzes the talent training mode and training mode of colleges and universities， combined with the professional construction of colleges and universities， gives full play to the talent training advantages of colleges and universities， and contributes to the development of local economy.
