Abstract：To investigatethegeneexpressionresponse inthecuticleofEriocheirsinensis duringthepost-moltstage underacutehypoxia stress，thisstudyutilizedIlluminasecond-generationsequencing technologytodetectthegneexpression profilesbetweenthecontrolandtheacutehypoxiastresstreatment，namely（1.O±O.1）mg/Lfor1h.Theresultsshowedthat comparedwiththecontrol，atotalof691diferentialexpressedgeneswereidentifiedintheacutehypoxiastresstreatment.
