[摘    要]當(dāng)前我國部分長輸油氣管道開始實施區(qū)域化管理，以HAZOP分析為基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合站場運行實際進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性改造，重點是通過基于高清網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝像頭的工業(yè)視頻監(jiān)控改造、新增站場SCADA數(shù)據(jù)傳輸鏈路至區(qū)域分中心實現(xiàn)區(qū)域分中心對管道沿線站場閥室實行“集中監(jiān)視”“集中巡檢。

[Abstract]At present， some long-distance oil and gas pipelines in my country have begun to implement regional management， and based on HAZOP analysis， they have carried out adaptive transformation in combination with the actual operation of the station. Link to the regional sub-center to realize the "centralized monitoring" and "centralized inspection" of the valve room of the station along the pipeline by the regional sub-center.

我國長輸油氣管道企業(yè)為了適應(yīng)長輸管道的高度自動化，基層推行基于“無人值守站場”的精簡作業(yè)區(qū)管理模式，區(qū)域分中心通過視頻監(jiān)控進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程巡檢、通過SCADA終端進(jìn)行工藝運行參數(shù)的集中監(jiān)視，達(dá)到有效釋放人力資源，繼續(xù)解放生產(chǎn)力，突破性提升管道運行管理水平。（剩余4205字）
