建筑工程機(jī)械設(shè)備維護(hù)技術(shù)

[摘    要]近幾年，國(guó)內(nèi)建筑工程行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，在實(shí)際工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中，既要確保工程質(zhì)量管理工作落實(shí)到位，又要定期維修養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械設(shè)備，從而在規(guī)定的工期內(nèi)順利完成工程。文章針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)建筑工程中機(jī)械設(shè)備的維修養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)開(kāi)展相關(guān)研究。

[Abstract]In recent years， the domestic construction industry has developed rapidly. In the process of actual project construction， we should not only ensure the implementation of project quality management， but also regularly repair and maintain mechanical equipment， so as to successfully complete the project within the specified construction period. Therefore， this paper carries out relevant research on the maintenance technology of mechanical equipment in domestic construction engineering.

1 建筑工程中機(jī)械設(shè)備現(xiàn)代化管理中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題

1.1 建筑工程管理人員對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備管理缺乏重視

對(duì)建筑工程機(jī)械設(shè)備及時(shí)進(jìn)行管理養(yǎng)護(hù)能有效延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命，并能確保機(jī)械設(shè)備在使用過(guò)程中不出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的安全事故，能以高效率進(jìn)行工作。（剩余4817字）
