機(jī)械設(shè)備維保常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題及應(yīng)對(duì)措施

[摘    要]文章概述機(jī)械設(shè)備日常保養(yǎng)及維修現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備維保中存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了梳理、分析和總結(jié)，并從維保人員技術(shù)水平、檢測(cè)設(shè)備、信息化平臺(tái)、管理制度等方面提出了建議和管理措施，以便有效提升機(jī)械設(shè)備維保水平，確保機(jī)械設(shè)備本質(zhì)安全，提高機(jī)械設(shè)備完好率，提高機(jī)械設(shè)備生產(chǎn)效率。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Common Problems in Mechanical Equipment Maintenance

[Abstract]This paper briefly outlines the current status of daily maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment， sorts out， analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the maintenance of mechanical equipment， and proposes from the technical level of maintenance personnel， testing equipment， information platform， management system， etc. Suggestions and management measures are proposed to effectively improve the maintenance level of machinery and equipment， ensure the intrinsic safety of machinery and equipment， improve the integrity rate of machinery and equipment， and improve the production efficiency of machinery and equipment.
