[摘 要]直流無刷電動(dòng)機(jī)是一種以電子換向器技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)而設(shè)計(jì)的電機(jī)類型,在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上具有一定特殊性,不需要進(jìn)行電刷設(shè)計(jì),因此可以較為方便地進(jìn)行制造。但是在后續(xù)的使用上,存在著一定的問題。文章主要基于當(dāng)下各行業(yè)使用的電機(jī)以及控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析以及闡述。

Analysis of External Rotor Brushless DC Motor and Its Control System

[Abstract]Brushless DC motor is a type of motor designed based on electronic commutator technology. Such an AC motor has certain particularity in structural design and does not need brush design, so it can be manufactured more conveniently. However, there are some problems in the subsequent use. In the analysis of this paper, the corresponding analysis and elaboration are mainly based on the motors and control systems used in various industries.

由于直流電機(jī)在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,往往采用的是直線型設(shè)計(jì)方式,因此需要在控制的過程中,始終保持較為平滑的運(yùn)行方式,從而起到增大轉(zhuǎn)矩的調(diào)節(jié)供電壓的效果,這樣就可以基于特定的比例線性,調(diào)節(jié)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速。(剩余4558字)
