心理護(hù)理對(duì)腦血栓患者遵醫(yī)囑行為及生活質(zhì)量的影響研究

【摘要】目的：分析心理護(hù)理對(duì)腦血栓患者遵醫(yī)囑行為及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取60例腦血栓疾病的患者，并將其隨機(jī)分為兩組，常規(guī)組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理方式；參考組在常規(guī)護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上加以心理護(hù)理干預(yù)。對(duì)兩組患者護(hù)理前后的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分、護(hù)理后遵醫(yī)囑行為以及患者家屬對(duì)護(hù)理的滿意度進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：護(hù)理后，兩組患者的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分均有顯著提高，且參考組生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分均高于常規(guī)組（P
