延續(xù)性護(hù)理在過敏性鼻炎患者中的應(yīng)用觀察

【摘要】目的：分析延續(xù)性護(hù)理在過敏性鼻炎患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院于2021年1月—2023年2月收治的80例過敏性鼻炎患者，以雙盲法將其均分為觀察組及對(duì)照組，各40例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)過敏性鼻炎護(hù)理，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上采用延續(xù)性護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組癥狀改善情況、復(fù)發(fā)率以及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：相較于對(duì)照組，觀察組護(hù)理后鼻塞流涕等癥狀評(píng)分更低，差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application effect of continuous care in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods：Eighty patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group using a double blind method，with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine allergic rhinitis care，while the observation group received continuous care on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptoms，recurrence rate and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results：Compared to the control group，the scores for symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose after nursing in the observation group were lower，with a statistically significant difference （P
