快速康復(fù)護(hù)理模式在骨科患者圍手術(shù)期中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】目的：探究在骨科患者圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理中實(shí)施快速康復(fù)護(hù)理模式的臨床效果。方法：選擇2021年12月—2023年12月84例骨科手術(shù)患者進(jìn)行分析，隨機(jī)分組，對(duì)照組42例實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗(yàn)組42例采用快速康復(fù)護(hù)理模式，對(duì)比兩組住院指標(biāo)、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、VAS評(píng)分以及心理狀態(tài)。結(jié)果：術(shù)前，兩組VAS評(píng)分對(duì)比無(wú)顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，P>0.05；術(shù)后不同時(shí)間，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者VAS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組，P

Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing modelin perioperative period of orthopaedic patients

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of implementing rapid rehabilitation nursing model in perioperative care of orthopedic patients.Methods：84 orthopedic surgery patients from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected for analysis and randomly divided into the control group of 42 cases who received routine care and the experimental group of 42 cases who received rapid rehabilitation nursing model.The hospitalization indicators，incidence of complications，VAS scores，and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results：Before surgery，there was no significant statistical difference in VAS scores between the two groups，P>0.05；At different times after surgery，the VAS scores of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group，P
