【摘要】目的：分析護理風險管理在小兒靜脈留置針中的應用價值，以及其對血栓形成的影響。方法：將我院收治的靜脈輸液患兒作為案例，從中選出56例按照不同護理方法分成兩組，每組28例，對照組中患兒實施的是常規(guī)護理管理，觀察組中患兒實施的是護理風險管理措施。對比兩組護理管理效果。結果：護理后，觀察組凝血功能指標、護理工作質量以及留置時間明顯優(yōu)于對照組，存在顯著差異（P
