肺部感染是一種肺實(shí)質(zhì)感染性炎癥，主要是感染病毒或者細(xì)菌造成，少部分患者有微生物感染的情況，炎癥累及患者的終末氣道和肺泡、肺間質(zhì)等部位，常導(dǎo)致患者咳嗽、咳痰，部分患者伴有發(fā)熱、胸悶、氣短等臨床癥狀，對(duì)患者機(jī)體健康的影響較大，尤其老年肺部感染患者病情反復(fù)發(fā)作遷延，隨著病程不斷延長，對(duì)患者的生命質(zhì)量有嚴(yán)重影響[1]。（剩余4100字）
