基于大健康背景下進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)科服務(wù)體系改革的研究

【摘要】目的：研究大健康背景下進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)科服務(wù)體系改革的方法。方法：選取2023年1月—2024年1月我院分娩的200例產(chǎn)婦為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)模式，觀察組采用現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)科服務(wù)模式，對(duì)比兩組產(chǎn)婦在分娩結(jié)局、產(chǎn)程時(shí)間、產(chǎn)婦滿意度方面的差異。結(jié)果：觀察組產(chǎn)婦剖宮產(chǎn)率、新生兒窒息發(fā)生率、產(chǎn)后出血發(fā)生率與難產(chǎn)率均低于對(duì)照組，第一產(chǎn)程、第二產(chǎn)程與第三產(chǎn)程時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，總滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the methods of modern obstetric service system reform under the background of general health. Methods：A total of 200 lying-in women who gave birth in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.The traditional service model was used in the control group，while the modern obstetric service model was used in the observation group.The differences in delivery outcomes，labor duration and maternal satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results：The cesarean section rate，neonatal asphyxia rate，postpartum hemorrhage rate and dystocia rate of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group，the first，second and third stages of labor were shorter than those of the control group，and the overall satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P
