【摘要】目的：探究標準化分診流程在發(fā)熱門診管理中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選擇2020年5月—2023年5月在我院發(fā)熱門診就診的300例發(fā)熱患者作為研究對象，用隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為對照組與實驗組，每組150例。對照組接受常規(guī)分診流程，實驗組實施標準化分診流程，比較兩組的病區(qū)管理工作質(zhì)量評分以及滿意度評分。結(jié)果：實驗組的病區(qū)管理工作質(zhì)量評分顯著高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P0.05）；實驗組的護理態(tài)度、就診效率及候診感受評分顯著高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P
