【摘要】目的：討論社區(qū)孕早期保健的開(kāi)展對(duì)孕婦健康的促進(jìn)作用。方法：選擇2021年9月—2022年9月的80例社區(qū)孕婦，將其分為兩組，對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)孕早期宣教，實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用社區(qū)孕早期保健。比較兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，兩組的預(yù)防畸形、孕期營(yíng)養(yǎng)、地中海貧血、唐氏綜合征等保健知識(shí)掌握率、孕早期保健滿意率、剖宮產(chǎn)率、孕婦難產(chǎn)率以及負(fù)面情緒相比差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To discuss the promoting effect of community early pregnancy care on the health of pregnant women.Methods：80 community pregnant women from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group received routine early pregnancy education，while the experimental group received community early pregnancy care.The intervention effects between two groups were compared.Results：After intervention，there were significant differences in the mastery rate of health knowledge such as prevention of deformities，prenatal nutrition，thalassemia and Down’s syndrome，satisfaction rate of early pregnancy health care，cesarean section rate，difficult delivery rate of pregnant women and negative emotions between the two groups （P
