【摘要】目的：探討基于微信平臺的延續(xù)性護理在產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)褥期中的應用價值。方法：將共160例產(chǎn)褥期產(chǎn)婦納入研究，納入時間為2023年1月—2023年12月，納入者的分組方式以不同干預方案為依據(jù)，各80例，對照組產(chǎn)婦進行常規(guī)護理，研究組產(chǎn)婦則聯(lián)合開展基于微信平臺的延續(xù)性護理，對比兩組干預效果。結果：干預后，兩組HAMD與HAMA評分較干預前均降低，且研究組降低優(yōu)勢較對照組明顯（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application value of continuity of care based on WeChat platform in postpartum women during the puerperium.Methods：160 postpartum women during the puerperium were included in the study from January 2023 to December 2023.
