【摘要】目的：分析耳穴埋籽聯(lián)合中醫(yī)辨證護(hù)理在眩暈患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：回顧性分析我院收治的120例眩暈患者，根據(jù)護(hù)理方式分為觀察組及對(duì)照組，各60例。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組則采用耳穴埋籽聯(lián)合中醫(yī)辨證護(hù)理，對(duì)比兩組患者癥狀恢復(fù)時(shí)間、頸性眩暈癥狀評(píng)分及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：觀察組頭暈?zāi)垦！⒁曃锬：邦^痛耳鳴癥狀消失時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of auricular point seed embedding combined with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in vertigo patients. Methods： A retrospective analysis was made on 120 patients with vertigo admitted to our hospital.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the nursing methods，with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，while the observation group was given ear point seed embedding combined with TCM syndrome differentiation nursing，and the symptom recovery time，cervical vertigo symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
