超重及肥胖孕婦開(kāi)展孕期體重管理對(duì)母嬰結(jié)局的影響分析

【摘要】目的：超重及肥胖初產(chǎn)婦接受孕期體重管理的價(jià)值探究。方法：收錄研究對(duì)象180例，均收錄于2019年1月—2022年1月期間，均為超重及肥胖初產(chǎn)婦，建檔后進(jìn)行規(guī)范性分組，分別為對(duì)照組（常規(guī)檢查和干預(yù)措施）與觀察組（個(gè)體化醫(yī)學(xué)營(yíng)養(yǎng)干預(yù)指導(dǎo)）。統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組的干預(yù)效果差異。結(jié)果：干預(yù)后，觀察組孕期體重增長(zhǎng)范圍更小及孕中、晚期體重增長(zhǎng)速度更慢，不良母嬰結(jié)局發(fā)生率更低，血脂指標(biāo)更具優(yōu)勢(shì)（P

Analysis of the influence of weight management during pregnancy on maternal and infant outcomes in overweight and obese pregnant women

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the value of weight management during pregnancy for overweight and obese primiparas.Methods：A total of 180 subjects were included，all of whom were overweight and obese primiparas from January 2019 to January 2022.After filing，they were classified into the control group （routine examination and intervention measures） and the observation group （individualized medical nutrition intervention guidance）.The difference of intervention effects between the two groups was statisticallyanalyzed.Results：After intervention，in the observation group，the range of weight increase during pregnancy was smaller and the rate of weight increase in the middle and late pregnancy were slower，the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower，and the blood lipid index was more advantageous（P
