【摘要】目的：討論揭示化療所致嘔吐患者接受足三里穴位注射胃復(fù)安治療過(guò)程中的護(hù)理干預(yù)方法，以及臨床作用效能。方法：時(shí)間2020年2月—2022年4月的114例化療所致嘔吐，接受足三里穴位注射胃復(fù)安治療的患者，分為兩組，各57例，參照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理，研究組采用系統(tǒng)性護(hù)理，測(cè)算對(duì)比兩組的護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：研究組的護(hù)理滿意度高于參照組（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，研究組SAS評(píng)分、SDS評(píng)分、SF-36評(píng)分及SCL-90評(píng)分優(yōu)于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To discuss and reveal the nursing intervention method and clinical efficacy of metoclopramide injection at Zusanli acupoint for patients with vomiting caused by chemotherapy.Methods：From February 2020 to April 2022，114 patients with vomiting caused by chemotherapy who treated by injection of metoclopramide at Zusanli acupoint were divided into two groups，with 57 patients in each group.The reference group adopted routine nursing，while the research group adopted systematic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were calculated and compared.Results：The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the reference group（P0.05）；After nursing，the SAS score，SDS score，SF-36 score and SCL-90 score in the research group were better than those in the reference group（P
