車禍致重度顱腦外傷的急診救治方法及效果分析

【摘要】目的：分析車禍致重度顱腦外傷的急診救治方法及效果。方法：選取2019年1月—2020年1月50例醫(yī)院收治車禍致重度顱腦外傷患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，對入選患者急救措施以及臨床療效進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計，并比較患者治療前后神經(jīng)功能缺失程度、生活能力的變化。結(jié)果：①50例患者入院搶救成功46例，存活率為92.0%，隨訪1年采用GOS評分評價46例存活患者預(yù)后良好36例，中度殘疾8例，重度殘疾2例；入院后搶救無效死亡4例，死亡率為8%；②本次研究患者治療前后NIHSS評分分別為（22.3±5.6）分和（16.8±4.2）分，ADL評分分別為（30.4±4.5）分和（55.4±6.5）分，本組患者治療前后NIHSS評分、ADL評分的比較差異有意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the emergency treatment methods and effects of severe craniocerebral trauma caused by traffic accidents. Methods： From January 2019 to January 2020， the clinical data of 50 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma caused by traffic accidents in the hospital were selected for retrospective analysis， the first aid measures and clinical efficacy of the selected patients were counted， and the neurological deficits before and after treatment were compared. degree and changes in living capacity.
