【摘要】目的：探討口腔衛(wèi)生宣教對(duì)兒童牙齒健康的影響。方法：選取2020年1月—2022年1月我院口腔科的76例兒童，隨機(jī)分成兩組。對(duì)照組進(jìn)行常規(guī)的治療干預(yù)，觀察組采取口腔衛(wèi)生宣教，評(píng)估兩組兒童的口腔保健知識(shí)掌握程度，且比較兩組的牙齦出血、口腔潰瘍、牙石和齲齒發(fā)生率。結(jié)果：觀察組刷牙的正確方式是豎刷、使用小頭軟毛牙刷、進(jìn)食后漱口、1～3 個(gè)月?lián)Q一次牙刷、每天刷牙至少兩次、經(jīng)常吃蔬菜水果和蛋白質(zhì)、定期進(jìn)行口腔檢查、每次刷牙至少為3min、保護(hù)六齡齒、使用含氟牙膏評(píng)分明顯高于對(duì)照組（P

Analysis of the influence of oral hygiene education on children’s dental health

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of oral hygiene education on children’s dental health. Methods： From January 2020 to January 2022， 76 children in the department of stomatology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment intervention， and the observation group received oral hygiene education. The oral health knowledge mastery of the two groups of children was evaluated. The incidences of gingival bleeding， oral ulcers， calculus and dental caries were compared between the two groups. Results： The correct way of brushing teeth was vertical brushing， using a small-headed soft-bristled toothbrush， gargling after eating， changing toothbrushes every 1-3 months， brushing teeth at least twice a day， eating vegetables， fruits and protein regularly， conducting oral examinations regularly， brushing teeth for at least 3 minutes each time， protecting sixth-year-old teeth， and using fluoride toothpaste in the observation group with a significantly higher score than that of the control group （P
