【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of clinical pathway combined with holistic nursing on postoperative conditions of patients with femoral head necrosis. Methods： From January 2019 to December 2021， 80 patients with femoral head necrosis who were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method， with 40 cases in each group. 股骨頭壞死是一種骨科常見疾病，臨床發(fā)病率較高，多發(fā)于老年群體之中，嚴重影響其功能狀態(tài)，發(fā)病后患者骨小梁微觀結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生變化，引起骨細胞凹陷，降低了骨骼承受載荷值，引起髖關節(jié)、膝關節(jié)疼痛情況，嚴重時甚至導致患者出現(xiàn)行走障礙，嚴重影響患者日常生活[1-2]。（剩余4467字）
