【摘要】目的：觀察體外振動排痰機在重型顱腦損傷患者集束化護理中的臨床效果。方法：選取本院重癥醫(yī)學科于2020年1月—2021年1月收治的患者60例，隨機分為對照組和觀察組各30例，對照組患者采用集束化護理方法，觀察組患者在對照組護理方法的基礎上聯(lián)用體外振動排痰機。結果：兩組重型顱腦損傷患者在不同護理方法下的臨床治療指標、護理滿意度、GCS昏迷評分、NIHSS神經功能評分、呼吸機相關性肺炎發(fā)生率對比結果差異顯著（P

Clinical observation of cluster nursing combined with external vibration expectorator in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal vibration expectoration machine in intensive care of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.
