【摘要】目的：探究肺挫傷合并肋骨骨折患者的臨床護(hù)理具體措施并分析其護(hù)理效果。方法：將76例肺挫傷合并肋骨骨折患者分為對照組和實(shí)驗組，每組38例，對照組采用基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理，實(shí)驗組在此之上又添加綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)，將兩組的護(hù)理指標(biāo)變化、發(fā)生的不良事件以及護(hù)理的滿意度作為觀察指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗組的VAS評分、HAMA得分相比于對照組均有明顯的減少，并且機(jī)械通氣、下床活動、胸腔引流和住院所用時均比對照組有很大程度的縮短（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the specific clinical nursing measures of patients with pulmonary contusion combined with rib fracture and analyze the nursing effect. Methods： 76 patients with pulmonary contusion combined with rib fracture were divided into control group and experimental group， 38 cases in each group. The control group used basic nursing， and the experimental group added comprehensive nursing intervention.
