早期康復(fù)護(hù)理模式在腦梗死患者護(hù)理中的臨床應(yīng)用效果探究

【摘要】目的：研討在腦梗死患者護(hù)理中實(shí)施早期康復(fù)護(hù)理模式的成效。方法：選擇2020年9月—2021年9月我院收治的100例腦梗死患者入組進(jìn)行研究。按照不同的護(hù)理方法將其分為兩組，觀察組和參照組，每組50例患者。參照組患者實(shí)行傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理方法，觀察組患者實(shí)行早期康復(fù)護(hù)理方法。比較兩組患者的護(hù)理成效。結(jié)果：護(hù)理之前，兩組患者的神經(jīng)能力缺失情況評分和生活活動能力指數(shù)比較，組間差異不明顯（P>0.05），護(hù)理之后，兩組患者神經(jīng)能力缺失情況和生活活動能力都有了一定程度的好轉(zhuǎn)，但是觀察組的神經(jīng)能力缺失情況評分顯著低于參照組，生活活動能力指數(shù)顯著高于參照組，組間差異明顯（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of implementing early rehabilitation nursing mode in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods：100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected for the study.According to different nursing methods，they were divided into two groups，observation group and reference group，with 50 patients in each group.The reference group of patients with traditional nursing methods，and the observation group of patients with early rehabilitation nursing methods.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，the ability of the two groups of patients with neurological deficits scores and life activity index comparison，no obvious difference between groups（P>0.05），after nursing，the score of neurological deficit and living activity ability of the two groups were improved to a certain extent，but the score of neurological deficit in the observation group was significantly lower than that in thereference group，the index of living activity ability in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the reference group（P
