【摘要】目的：探究乳腺癌患者PD-L1表達(dá)及臨床意義。方法：選擇在我院進(jìn)行乳腺癌篩查的女性患者作為研究對象（時間2017年1月—2019年6月），原位癌15例、浸潤癌35例、良性病變15例，對患者進(jìn)行免疫組織化學(xué)染色，比較患者PD-L1陽性表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果：35例浸潤癌患者PD-L1陽性表達(dá)率57.14%（20/35），高于15例原位癌患者PD-L1陽性表達(dá)率26.67%（4/15），差異顯著（P
