【摘要】目的：分析健康教育配合家屬參與護(hù)理對(duì)老年肺結(jié)核患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選擇我院2019年1月—2020年10月接收的老年肺結(jié)核患者92例，分成對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組46例，對(duì)照組選用常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組給予健康教育配合家屬參與護(hù)理，觀察并對(duì)比兩組效果。結(jié)果：觀察組用藥依從率、靈性健康水平及希望水平均明顯高于對(duì)照組，各項(xiàng)生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分均明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩者對(duì)比差異明顯（P
