【摘要】目的：探究新生兒靜脈留置針引發(fā)靜脈炎的原因以及相關(guān)護理策略。方法：隨機選取我院2020年1月—12月行靜脈留置針的72例新生兒，依據(jù)抽簽法將患兒分為使用護理干預措施的實驗組以及未落實護理干預措施的對照組，對比兩組新生患兒靜脈炎發(fā)生率以及患兒家屬護理滿意度。結(jié)果：調(diào)查顯示，實驗組靜脈炎發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組，且患兒家屬護理滿意度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，組間差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the causes of phlebitis caused by intravenous indwelling needles in neonates and related nursing strategies.Methods：72 newborns who underwent intravenous indwelling needles in our hospital from January2020 to December 2020 were randomly selected.According to the lottery method，the children were divided into the experimental group using nursing interventionmeasures and the control group without nursing interventionmeasures.The incidence of phlebitis in newborn children and the satisfaction of their families in nursing carebetween the two groups were compared.Results：The investigation showed that the incidence of phlebitis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group，and the nursing satisfaction of children’s family members in the experimental groupwas significantly better than that in the control group，with significant differences between the two groups（P
