盆底肌功能訓練防治產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙性疾病的療效探討

【摘要】目的：探討將盆底肌功能訓練應用在產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙性疾病患者中的臨床療效。方法：選取2020年10月—2021年10月我院接收的產(chǎn)后盆底功能障礙性疾病患者30例作為觀察對象，隨機分成兩組，給予對照組臨床常規(guī)康復指導，觀察組患者則添加盆底肌功能訓練防治干預，對比兩種臨床治療效果。結果：康復治療后，觀察組患者臨床指標得到及時改善，生活質(zhì)量得到顯著提升，兩組指標差值有統(tǒng)計學意義（P
