分析綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)在產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)時及產(chǎn)后出血中的應(yīng)用效果

【摘 要】目的：探討產(chǎn)婦在分娩時實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)后的產(chǎn)后出血情況分析。方法：抽取我院2018年1月至2020年6月的36例產(chǎn)婦作為研究對象，根據(jù)護(hù)理方案不同分為兩組，對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)的護(hù)理措施，觀察組實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)，比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組經(jīng)綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)后產(chǎn)后出血量明顯低于對照組；觀察組產(chǎn)后焦慮和抑郁狀態(tài)低于對照組；觀察組患者滿意度高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：to explore the situation of postpartum hemorrhage after comprehensive nursing intervention during delivery. Methods：Thirty-six cases of delivery women in our hospital were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans.The control group implemented conventional nursing measures， and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing interventions.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The postpartum hemorrhage volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after comprehensive nursing intervention；The postpartum anxiety and depression status of the observation group were lower than that of the control group； Patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P
