衛(wèi)生理化檢驗(yàn)工作在食品安全檢測(cè)中的重要性

【摘 要】食品安全事關(guān)百姓的健康，涉及到每個(gè)人的切身利益，本文概述了食品安全現(xiàn)狀。筆者結(jié)合在疾控機(jī)構(gòu)理化檢驗(yàn)部門的食品檢驗(yàn)工作實(shí)踐，分析了衛(wèi)生理化檢驗(yàn)在食品安全、分析與檢測(cè)中的重要性，現(xiàn)代儀器分析技術(shù)在食品理化檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用，切實(shí)指出了當(dāng)前食品理化檢測(cè)中存在的問題并提出了相應(yīng)發(fā)展建議。

Importance of Hygienic Physical and Chemical Test in Food Safety and Detection

【Abstract】Food safety is related to people’s health and everyone’s vital interests. This paper summarizes the current situation of food safety. Combined with the food inspection practice in the physical and chemical test department of disease control institutions， the author analyzes the importance of health physical and chemical test in food safety，analysis and detection and the application of modern instrumental analysis technology in food physical and chemical test， practically points out the problems existing in current food physical and chemical test， and puts forward corresponding development suggestions.
