【摘 要】目的：探究產(chǎn)科護理管理中風險管理的應(yīng)用及效果。方法：于2020年3月至2021年3月我院婦產(chǎn)科分娩的孕產(chǎn)婦中抽取86例進行本次研究，數(shù)字表隨機法將其分為兩組，對照組43例開展常規(guī)護理管理，研究組43例應(yīng)用風險管理，對比兩組孕產(chǎn)婦風險防范意識評分、護理風險事件發(fā)生率及護理滿意度。結(jié)果：研究組孕產(chǎn)婦風險防范意識評分、護理滿意度較對照組高，護理風險事件發(fā)生率2.33%低于對照組13.95%，有統(tǒng)計學差異性（P

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application and effect of risk management in obstetric nursing management. Methods 86 pregnant women who delivered in obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected for this study. They were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. 43 cases in the control group carried out routine nursing management， and 43 cases in the study group applied risk management. The risk prevention awareness score， the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results the risk prevention awareness score and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women in the study group were higher than those in the control group.
