【摘 要】目的:探討皮膚科實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生帶教中應(yīng)用不同護(hù)理帶教方案的效果。方法:選擇我院皮膚科實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生80名進(jìn)行研究,隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為兩組,每組40名。常規(guī)帶教為對(duì)照組,全程一對(duì)一帶教為觀察組。對(duì)比考核成績(jī)與滿意度情況。結(jié)果:觀察組實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生考核成績(jī)各項(xiàng)評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組,同時(shí)帶教老師與患者對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生滿意度更高,組間差異顯著(P

Application comparison of different nursing teaching programs in the teaching of dermatology intern nurses

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the effects of applying different nursing teaching programs in the teaching of dermatology intern nursing students. Method: 80 trainee nurses in the dermatology department of our hospital were selected for the study. Random number table method was divided into two groups, 40 in each group. Routine teaching was the control group, and the whole one-to-one teaching was the observation group. Compare assessment results and satisfaction.
