探討PDCA循環(huán)法在醫(yī)院感染護(hù)理管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘 要】目的：探討醫(yī)院感染護(hù)理管理實(shí)施PDCA循環(huán)法后的護(hù)理管理效果。方法：抽取我院在2020年1月至2021年1月院內(nèi)收治的患者100例為研究對象，根據(jù)入院順序分為兩組，兩組時(shí)間段所進(jìn)行護(hù)理的患者數(shù)相同，對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)的護(hù)理措施，觀察組實(shí)施PDCA護(hù)理管理，比較護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的院內(nèi)感染發(fā)生率低于對照組，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)預(yù)防依從性高于對照組，同時(shí)護(hù)理質(zhì)量也高于對照組，組間的數(shù)據(jù)存在差異性（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of PDCA circulation method on nursing management of nosocomial infection.Methods： 100 patients in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the admission order.
