中藥千金葦莖湯對老年慢阻肺的治療價值

【摘 要】目的：分析老年慢阻肺行千金葦莖湯治療的效果。方法：以慢阻肺患者為對象納入102例，均同意在51的樣本量下抽簽，結(jié)果為常態(tài)組、中藥組，前者行西藥治療，后者行千金葦莖湯治療，樣本在2020年8月至2021年8月入院，檢測肺功能、血氣指標，統(tǒng)計有效率。結(jié)果：用藥后經(jīng)兩個維度評估患者的肺功能，所得到的用力肺活量以及各患者的呼氣峰值流量等有差異，在中藥組比常態(tài)組高（P

The therapeutic value of Qianjin Weijing Decoction for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of qianjin Weijing Decoction on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： 102 patients with copd were enrolled， and all agreed to draw lots under a sample size of 51.
