【摘 要】目的：研究“一對(duì)一”導(dǎo)樂陪伴聯(lián)合自由體位助產(chǎn)對(duì)初產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)程及自然分娩結(jié)局的影響。方法：選取2020年1月至12月在寧?？h第一醫(yī)院符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的孕婦，根據(jù)入分娩室后臨產(chǎn)順序奇偶交替，分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組，分析兩組初產(chǎn)婦分娩方式、產(chǎn)程時(shí)間、出血量以及新生兒Apgar評(píng)分。結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)組自然分娩率高于對(duì)照組，剖宮產(chǎn)率低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of "one-to-one" Doula accompany combined with free body position midwifery on the labor process and natural delivery out come of primipara.Methods： Selecting pregnant women who met the standard in Ninghai County First Hospital from January 2020to December 2020，according to the odd even alternation of labor order after entering the delivery room， they were divided into experimental group and control group to analyze the mode of delivery， duration of labor， bleeding volume and neonatal Apgar score.Results： The natural delivery rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， the cesarean section rate that in was lower than control（P
