【摘 要】目的：研究2型糖尿病青年患者管理中代謝病管理中心模式（MMC）的應(yīng)用效果以及對(duì)患者病恥感的影響。方法：納入患者為2型糖尿病青年患者，病例數(shù)102例，搜集時(shí)間在2020年6月—2020年10月，電腦分組n=51。對(duì)照組常規(guī)治療和護(hù)理干預(yù)，觀察組實(shí)施MMC管理，比較兩組應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果：2型糖尿病病恥感評(píng)估量表（DSAS-2）評(píng)分顯示，對(duì)照組對(duì)比治療前與治療2個(gè)月后，差異顯著（P0.05）；治療2個(gè)月后兩組對(duì)比有顯著差異（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the application effect of the Metabolic Disease Management Center （MMC） model in the management of young patients with type 2 diabetes and its influence on patients’ stigma.
