透明質(zhì)酸鈉聯(lián)合雌激素預(yù)防人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)后子宮內(nèi)膜炎的臨床分析

【摘 要】目的：分析透明質(zhì)酸鈉聯(lián)合雌激素預(yù)防人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)后子宮內(nèi)膜炎癥的臨床效果。方法：選擇2019年5月至2020年6月來我院接受人工流產(chǎn)手術(shù)治療的80名患者，并將其平均分入對(duì)照組和觀察組，對(duì)照組的患者采用常規(guī)雌激素治療法，觀察組患者采用透明質(zhì)酸鈉聯(lián)合雌激素治療的方法，并比較治療的效果。結(jié)果：從表1可以看出，觀察組患者在手術(shù)后罹患子宮內(nèi)膜炎的概率為7.5%，要比對(duì)照組的22.5%低，而且在子宮內(nèi)膜炎的癥狀評(píng)分中，觀察組低于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

Clinical analysis of sodium hyaluronate combined with estrogen in preventing endometritis after induced abortion

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with estrogen in preventing endometrial inflammation after artificial abortion.Methods： 80 patients who underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group on average. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional estrogen therapy， and the patients in the observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with estrogen therapy， and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results：As can be seen from Table 1， the incidence of endometritis in the observation group after surgery was 7.5 %， which was lower than 22.5 % in the control group.
